This Outdoor Life Christmas cover shows a pair of hunters who are trying to make their way over a steep mountain pass. Their red truck is loaded with two trophy elk, a ram skull, a mountain goat cape, at least one deer, and a Christmas tree strapped to the driver’s side. Unless the two men fix the overheated radiator that artist Charles Dye painted into the scene, they won’t be home in time for Christmas.
